When you’re doing a full kitchen, every detail matters — the layout, the storage, the way the drawers feel when you pull them out at six in the morning. We design and build kitchens from the ground up, here on Vancouver Island, with the same small team handling everything from the first measure to the final adjustment.
There’s no template. We start by visiting your home, listening to how your kitchen needs to actually work, then design a layout that fits your space and the way you live in it. You see the whole thing in 3D before any sawdust is made.
Every kitchen we build includes these as a baseline — not as upgrades.
Soft-close, full extension, rated for 170 lbs. The drawers you open ten times a day shouldn’t be the part that wears out first.
5/8″ pre-finished birch plywood. Stronger than particleboard, holds screws better, and stands up beautifully to coastal humidity.

Ocean Breeze was a full custom installation in Nanaimo where the kitchen layout had stopped working for the homeowners years earlier. We sat down with them, redesigned the space around the way they actually used it, and rebuilt it in a calm sage-blue palette with peninsula seating built into the island — not added on. BLUM MERIVOBOX drawers throughout, beveled Shaker doors, and finishes chosen to coordinate with the rest of the home.
